User Agreement

1. Introduction

This Agreement sets out the terms for using the informational website eoASSIST.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site) between its administration (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) and individuals (hereinafter referred to as Users) who use its services.

4.2. The Site also allows Users to post their information on a subdomain of eoASSIST.com. Once the User posts information on the subdomain, it becomes accessible to any user on the Internet. The User agrees that all texts displayed on their subdomain are published on their behalf, including texts about essential oils and diseases, as well as information about their personal data that they have chosen to publish (including their phone number, name, surname, and other details).

4.3. From the moment the User’s subdomain is published, all information available on their subdomain is considered their authorship, and the User bears full responsibility under the laws of any country for its content, even if the User uses default service texts.

5. Responsibility

5.1. The Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the User in connection with the use or inability to use the Site and its services.

5.2. The Administration does not guarantee the constant availability of the Site and its services, nor the accuracy and relevance of the information posted on the Site.

5.3. The Administration is not responsible for illegal actions of Users, the use of the Site for illegal purposes, or damage caused to third parties as a result of Users' actions on the Site.
